    HN-8820 is a two-component, addition-cure RTV silicone potting compound with a 1:1 mixing ratio. It features low viscosity, excellent thermal conductivity (2.0 W/m·K), and high fluidity, making it ideal for protecting sensitive electronic components. It cures at room temperature or with heat, maintaining rubber elasticity across a wide temperature range from -40°C to 150°C. With superior insulation, waterproof, anti-aging, and flame-retardant properties, it ensures long-term reliability in demanding environments.

    4. Potting – Pour into clean, dry housings. Avoid contamination.

    5. Curing – Cure at room temperature or accelerate with heat. Complete potting within pot life.
